We are a science-led global healthcare company with a mission: we want to help people to do more, feel better, live longer.
Today there are still millions of people without access to basic healthcare, thousands of diseases without adequate treatments and millions more people who suffer from everyday ailments. At GSK we want to change this.
We have three world-leading businesses that research, develop and manufacture innovative pharmaceutical medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products.
We are committed to widening access to our products, so more people can benefit, no matter where they live in the world or what they can afford to pay.
GSK has been operating for over 60 years in Malaysia having started its first operations back in October 1958. In last 6 decades, GSK Malaysia has grown substantially both in its infrastructure, business operations as well as talent base. Currently operating with over 1000 employees spread across its four business entities – Pharmaceuticals & Vaccines, Consumer Healthcare, Business Service Centre and Consumer Healthcare Supply Chain.
GSK’s pharmaceutical products cover a broad spectrum of vaccines and major therapeutic areas such as anti-infectives, central nervous system (CNS), respiratory, gastro-intestinal/metabolic as well as oncology.

At GSK, we ask each of our 110,000 employees across the 115 countries to share our mission and consider how what they do can help all those people who rely on the products we make. It is why every day our scientists search for new ways to improve the treatment of diseases and illnesses. And it is why we have been pioneering new solutions that allow us to make our products available to those who need them, wherever in the world they live and whatever their ability to pay.
