Conducted by RAND Europe, with counsel from preeminent academic institutions from around the region, the survey targeted a broad range of organisations and their workforces to analyse workplace health trends and recognise the efforts made by employers to promote workplace health.
47 Malaysian companies of varying sizes participated last year’s survey, measuring the opinions of over 5,000 employees. From the participating companies, GSK Malaysia was awarded “Healthiest Employer for Medium Organisation”.
GSK Malaysia continues to focus on the health and well-being of its employees through programmes such as Partnership for Prevention, a worldwide preventive healthcare programme which provides employees and their family members with access to preventive healthcare services such as measures for hepatitis and tuberculosis, cancer screenings, preventive exams, prenatal care and tobacco cessation.
